IT Project Manager

Job Description

We have worked on more than 100 projects across more than 10 countries. The technical project manager will be responsible for leading the project team and its overall progress. This role requires you to seamlessly contribute to multiple codebases (Flutter and Javascript), communicate the goals and strategy, and at the same time support and motivate the team. You will work closely with our CEO and other senior leaders to overview the overall progress of the project. Job Responsibilities

Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, and work hours.
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Determining project changes.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
Liaise with clients to identify, define and document the requirements, scope and objectives.
Coordinate with PM/Tech Lead for assigned tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
Use tools to monitor project plans and expenditure.
Develop, implement and distribute deliverables.
Assess, modify and upgrade specific product technologies.
Implement new product technologies and techniques.
Troubleshoot and resolve large complex issues and problems.
Report unresolvable problems to senior technicians.
Organize and update databases and information.
Perform installations, requirements analysis, and compatibility review.

Skills Requirement

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work in a high pressured and time-sensitive environment.
Experience in handling enterprise clients with good customer satisfaction scores.
Evaluate the performance of resources and determine training needs.
Develop scope and budget for delivery projects.

Required Experience

3+ Years of progressive experience in the industry with experience in delivering projects technically.
Strong technical background and hands-on experience with JavaScript and Flutter.
