About WhatsApp pricing

We integrate WhatsApp. You pay Meta and the BSP directly.

On Growth and Pro, WhatsApp is included as a supported channel — your AI agent can chat with patients on WhatsApp end-to-end. We integrate the WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP) and configure everything. The phone number, Meta's conversation fees, and BSP charges are billed directly to you by Meta or your provider — not by Logicwind.

Simple pricing that scales with your conversations

Plans include a monthly conversation allowance for your AI agents. A conversation is counted when a patient or lead interacts with an agent within a rolling 24-hour window. Multiple back-and-forth messages in the same interaction still count as one conversation.

What counts as a conversation?

  • A visitor asks five questions in one chat session: 1 conversation.
  • A patient asks about availability and shares insurance details: 1 conversation.
  • A conversation is handed off to a clinician or front desk: still 1 conversation.
  • The same person comes back the next day: new conversation.

What happens if usage grows?

Your AI agent keeps working. If you exceed your included conversations, additional conversation packs are added based on your plan. We notify you at 70%, 90%, and 100% usage so there are no surprises.

Guided implementation

Growth and Pro can choose implementation support: agent setup, knowledge base configuration, workflow design, handoff configuration, WhatsApp setup, launch support, and team training.

Typical one-time fee: $1,900 to $3,000. Larger networks (beyond ~10 sites) are quoted separately.

Additional integrations

Basic integrations are included in Growth and Pro. Additional or custom integrations are quoted separately based on system complexity and implementation scope.
